| NEW AQUALANDE PLANT FOR SMOKED TROUT |

In order to satisfy increasing demand for smoked trout, Aqualande invests this year in a construction of a brand new processing plant for smoked fish. The plant will cover an area of 4200M2 and have an annual capacity of 1200 tons of smoked trout. The new plant will be running in September 2006.

Aqualande had a lot of very interesting contacts during the Seafood Exhibition in Brussels. Customers had the opportunity to taste the quality products of Aqualande, and many new contacts were made with seafood importers from China, Russia, Japan and Finland

| LANDVIKA REWARDED WITH THE GOLD MEDAL |

Landvika has been rewarded at the International Exhibition of Agriculture in Paris 2005.The Gold Medal is a reward for continuous improvements of quality which has taken place since the Silver Medal for Landvika in 2002 and for Ovive in 2003. Unfortunately no competition was made on Trout Roe, where Landvika has been rewarded with gold several times in the past. Bon appétit !

| AQUALANDE CÉLÈBRATES AGRI CONFIANCE |

The 18th of November, the trout farmers from Aqualande have received their certificate of Agri Confiance, which is a reward for an enormous work during more than two years. The farmers from the 27 fish farms are happy to see that their « system of management of quality and environment » has been completed. So far Aqualande is the only fish farming company in Europe to obtain this certification which testifies for the ambitious project of being the leader of trout quality in Europe
