FRESH RAINBOW TROUT (« ONCORHYNCHUS MYKISS »)  
Fresh trout from Aqualande is farmed and produced according to the NFV 45-100 standards called “la truite, charte qualité”. Aqualande proposes fresh gutted trout from 170g to 300g, 800g to 1500g, including a complete range of fresh, daily processed fillets, skin-on / skin-off, in sizes from 80g to 400g. Additionally we can propose a various choice of fillet portions, steaks and trout kebab.

FRESH BROOK TROUT (“SALVELINUS FONTINALIS” )  
From the Char Family, the Salvelinus salmon family, the Brook Trout (German: “Bachsaibling”) is known for its very delicate taste and beautiful skin. Farming of Brook Trout requires very particular water qualities and temperatures and the Brook Trout is only farmed at two farms in the Aqualande Group: the Callen farm and the Esterençuby farm which is located in the Pyrenees. The breeding is done at the genetic centre of Pissos-Landes. Aqualande proposes round or fresh gutted Brook Trout in the sizes from 200-500g and fillets of Brook Trout, skin-on, in the sizes from 80g to 130g. Please be aware that Brook Trout only is available from March to September each year.

FRESH TROUT IN TRAYS  
Aqualande proposes a complete choice of fresh trout in trays (modified atmosphere). These products have been specially developed for supermarkets and they have a shelf life of 8 days. You will find: gutted trout, boneless trout, trout fillets and fillet portions. All the trays have fix weight and EAN code printed on the label
